Traditional embroidery

TRADITIONAL EMBROIDERY

Within our facility we produce traditional thread embroidery in all its forms: satin stitches, cross stitches, cord embroidery, three-dimensional embroidery using various techniques, padding, and simple topstitching. These essential, versatile, and timeless techniques form the foundation of classic embroidery and represent the starting point for many of our more complex processes.

SPECIAL EMBROIDERY

Alongside traditional embroidery, over the years we have developed in-house know-how that allows us to create special embroidery born from research, experimentation, and dedicated equipment.

Velvet stitch carpet stitch embroidery

Velvet Stitch / Carpet Stitch

A process that creates high-pile embroidery with a soft, textured appearance. The thread remains raised on the surface, generating a three-dimensional effect reminiscent of traditional carpet textures. The final look can be adjusted by choosing denser or lighter yarns, glossy or matte finishes.

Terry stitch and chain stitch embroidery

Terry Stitch / Chain Stitch

Terry stitch and chain stitch are two techniques created using the same special machine and can be used individually or combined. Terry stitch creates a soft, voluminous loop similar to towel textures, ideal for full fillings and three-dimensional effects. Chain stitch, on the other hand, forms a continuous line of small regular loops: it perfectly defines the outlines of terry stitch while also allowing the creation of decorative motifs, lettering, frames, and fluid graphics. Together they offer a natural balance between volume and definition, expanding the creative possibilities of embroidery.

Cornely embroidery

Cornely - Coiling & Cording

The Cornely machine uses a special head that allows the application of tapes, ribbons, and cords, or the direct creation of a cord from thread. This technique is highly appreciated in high fashion for textured, decorative embroidery with strong visual impact.

Sequin embroidery

Sequins

Thanks to special heads, we can apply sequins up to 18 mm in different shapes. Twin technology allows the combination of two different sequins within the same embroidery, creating striking light effects and layered compositions.

Integrated laser bridge process

Integrated Laser Bridge

Above our embroidery machines, an integrated laser bridge operates after the embroidery phase to cut materials, create overlays, and shape forms. This technology combines embroidery and cutting in a single process, further expanding creative possibilities.
