Leather Department
The department is equipped with leather splitting and skiving machines, essential tools for preparing the material for subsequent processing stages. Here we achieve uniform thicknesses, clean edges, and careful leather handling, ensuring quality and consistency for every project requiring specific leather craftsmanship.
Cutting Department
Our cutting department is structured to manage both prototyping and production thanks to a complete and diversified machinery fleet. We use laser cutting systems, automatic cutting machines for leather and various materials, cutting plotters, and milling units, allowing us to work precisely across a wide range of materials.
Alongside standard-format machines, we also use larger cutting solutions equipped with rear roll-loading systems: the material advances automatically and is continuously cut, ensuring efficiency and consistency even for large-scale production.
This combination of technologies allows us to handle very different projects, from the smallest detail to the most complex shape, while always maintaining control, quality, and consistency with the needs of the fashion industry.
Edge Dyeing
In the department dedicated to edge dyeing, we finish the edges of leather and materials with uniform and precise coloring. This process creates a clean, refined appearance consistent with the final project, enhancing details and profiles with a high-quality aesthetic finish.
Bonding Department
In the bonding department, we use various technologies dedicated to joining and stabilizing materials. We utilize calenders, spray glue machines, and different types of presses that allow us to manage laminations, reinforcements, and pressing with precision and consistency. This department supports both prototyping and production, ensuring reliable results across different materials.
