Applications and Decorations
In the department dedicated to rhinestones and studs, we create decorative applications using heat-adhesive and metallic elements selected according to the material and desired result. Applications are carried out using systems that ensure alignment, precision, and strong adhesion, enabling the creation of graphic motifs, lettering, and customized details with clean results that meet fashion industry standards.
Inlay
Inlay is one of our most distinctive processes: a precise and refined technique that combines different materials into a clean and continuous design. A skill we have perfected over time and that today best expresses our attention to detail and quality.
Cutting and Finishing
Our machinery fleet includes lasers of various sizes and working areas, cutting machines, leather splitters, calenders, and die-cutting systems. Thanks to the in-house execution of all these techniques, it is possible to combine them to create mixed processes and experimental solutions. This structure allows us to manage the various stages without external steps, reducing time and costs while ensuring total quality control.
HANDMADE PROCESSES
In the finishing and quality control department, our operators ensure the cleanliness, precision, and compliance of every product before shipment. This department also concentrates all handmade processes, an essential part of our know-how: fabric fraying, insertion of tapes, yarns, and ribbons, as well as all finishing touches requiring care, sensitivity, and an expert eye. It is a department where the artisanal skills of our team truly make the difference, ensuring impeccable results in every detail.
PADDING
Our dedicated padding machine allows synthetic down to be injected inside products, creating soft and uniform volume. This process achieves the characteristic pillow effect, with padding distributed as evenly as necessary to guarantee a soft and stable final result.
The process is suitable for both fabrics and various types of leather, maintaining the same filling quality.
